Located inside the custom-built Heartfelt House in Springfield, Oregon, our 10-family Ronald McDonald House features bright spaces, playful art, lovely outdoor gardens, an indoor/outdoor fireplace and more! Opened in 2019 and operated in partnership with PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend, we’re proud to welcome families into so much more than a place to stay.

Ronald McDonald House: Springfield has a spa-like feel and tons to offer during your family stay.

  • 10 guest suites with private bathrooms, sitting areas, and fully stocked linens, towels, and toiletries.
  • Free food including access to an expansive in-House food pantry, a grab and go coffee + snack bar, and nightly dinners, thanks to our amazing volunteers.
  • Weekly program offerings that can include music, guided crafts, pet-assisted therapy, meals and more.
  • Access to beautiful common spaces including a multi-family kitchen, a great room and library warmed by a fireplace, play spaces filled with games, toys, and pool table.
  • Outdoor spaces featuring an outdoor fireplace, playground, outdoor barbeques and more.
  • 24-hour staffing and daily “concierge” services provided by staff and volunteers.

We have all the amenities you might need, including:

  • Television, microwave, and small refrigerators in every guest room.
  • On-site laundry facilities with detergent and supplies provided.
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Library and business center with computer access.
  • Fully stocked kitchens and pantries, including space to store your personal food.
  • Toiletries, supplies and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
  • A community of support – our volunteers and staff are here to help. We’re in your corner.
